According to the mall scale, I'm now down to 390. That's roughly 87 pounds down, and the first time I've been below 400 in several years (since the '03 Atkins Plan).
Looking great. Keep it up. I've been wondering how you were doing. I'm glad to see it's going well for you. A friend in Denver had that surgery done. It was some months afterwards that I saw him again (he travels on business a lot) and I didn't recognize him. I hope it continues to go well for you.
